At present, Dongguan Lingmu Furniture Co., Ltd.(Band name: JXQTLINGMU)
 only receives free standard shipping for orders within the continental United States, and JXQTLINGMU only configurates warehouses in the Continental United States, and JXQTLINGMU does not accept orders beyond the continental United States. This free shipping offer does not include HI, PR, AK, GU, APO/FPO/AE, VI, FM, MP. Please do not leave the Po.box or remote areas address.

JXQTLINGMU works with different carriers for delivery, mainly FEDEX delivery, which may vary in some regions. Please refer to the following sections in detail to see what you can expect depending on your type of delivery.

Notice: Fulfillment by FedEx. The package may delay on holiday. Please do not leave the Po.box or remote areas address. (HI, PR, AK, GU, APO/FPO/AE, VI, FM, MP)


Standard:
After the normal order is generated, the order processing time will be confirmed within 1-2 business day and the local warehouse will be notified through the ERP system to match the optimal logistics location to send the goods, and the logistics transportation time in the United States will be about 3-8 days to the address you fill in
Orders will be shipped via various carriers such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.
If no signature is required, your order will be left at your door.

Most standard orders are shipped within 1-2 business day. Your final order shipping time and estimated delivery time frame will be checked with the actual shipping time by email, website backstage order query page (https://www.jxqtlingmu.com/apps/parcelpanel) for you. 

Our standard mode of transportation is ground transportation. We will ship your order through any major carrier, including FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS and other services. At this time, we cannot offer you the option of choosing a carrier.

Transit time:

Transporting oversized items usually requires specialized shipping services. Using a freight company is to ensure that your items are handled as safely and reliably as possible!

Receiving steps:

Please note that you cannot change your order address and modify your order after your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Your order will be sent to the address you filled in, which may take 3-8 days. If you choose the option that requires a signature, the Courier company will call you to arrange delivery interval. Roadside (contactless) no reservation required
During shipping, double-check your merchandise shipment before signing for it (even if you don't plan on using it anytime soon!). . Please note any problems with the product or packaging when signing. Some products have the following delivery methods:

Curbside (non-contact): Items will be delivered to your driveway or garage (covered if possible). No delivery appointments or customer presence required.
Curbside (signature required): Items will be delivered to your sidewalk, driveway, or garage. You will be responsible for transporting these items from here to your home. The driver is not responsible for delivering the goods to your home.
Inside your door: The item (s) is delivered just inside the first threshold of the delivery address. If you live in a high-rise building, items will be delivered to the entryway, lobby, or designated delivery area on the first floor. If your building has a dedicated freight elevator, please fill in the specific room number in the logistics address if you want to deliver to your home.
Select Room: Items will be delivered to the room or outside area of your choice. If your items will be delivered upstairs in your home, make sure the product can pass through your doorway, stairs, and/or hallway before checking out.

Please note that you will be responsible for any unpacking, assembly and garbage/debris removal.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure events, natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and other factors.
